Chris Patton
Principal, McKay Patton Advisory

Chris Patton is the Owner and Principal of McKay Patton Advisory and a Principal Advisor at Well’s Advisory. Prior to this, he worked as a senior executive to four Vice Chancellors at two public Australian universities. Over the almost 30 years, Chris has worked for seven different universities in Canada and Australia and ran higher education operations in an ASX listed education company. Chris, has also held responsibilities to control Australian higher education operations in numerous third party arrangements domestically and throughout central and southeast Asia and the Pacific. Chris has held responsibility for portfolios across a substantial breadth of both academic and non-academic functions.
As the Principal of McKay Patton Advisory Pty Ltd, he offers advice in three broad areas in higher education: revenue growth and business development strategy; online education expansion, and; compliance and good governance as it pertains to the standards and regulatory requirements in Australian education.
